While detailing her experience, the Oscar-winning actress said she had a dramatic spike in her menopause symptoms, she said whenever she got lekker dronk.
Speaking on her last Goop podcast, the 52-year-old says: “In January when the fires were happening in LA, I used alcohol for its purpose of medicating.
"And normally I don't drink a lot at all but those two weeks I think I drank every night. And my symptoms were completely out of control."
The Shallow Hal star noted that although she is "in the thick" of menopause and generally "all over the place" as a result, her symptoms are typically under control.
But the dop was making dinge much worse.
She added: “It's the first time I really noticed causation in that way.”
Paltrow also shared how she began to feel anxious and deurmekaar at night, an issue she never struggled with before menopause.
She told her guest Dr Mary Claire Haver: “There were nights where my anxiety... I would just wake up, I would get crushed with anxiety which I've never had in my life.”
Despite her constant paaping and doping, she managed to get through the situation and even banked R405 million on the sale of her house in LA just weeks after the fires were put out.
While Gwyn turned to dop for comfort, Ben Affleck is getting tonge klapping as he was snapped by US skinner website TMZ getting touchy with ex-wife and mother of his three children Jennifer Garner.
During the fires, Affleck lost his home and moved in with Garner, having finalised his divorce from Jennifer Lopez.
Affleck was pictured holding his ex squeeze tight around the waist at a family outing to a paintball park recently, with netizens speculating that he wants his old thing back.
