THERE is new music on the block as musician and entertainment personality Chad Saaiman reunite with Kaapstad rapper YoungstaCPT for a new uplifting tracked titled “Call".

The track was produced by Shaney Jay and drops on all digital platforms today (Friday,17 October)

'Call' marks the second collaboration between two of the Cape's hottest artists, following their 2018 hit single “Play”.

The track is a powerful statement about protection, reliability, and steadfast support in times of need.

The track is produced by Shaney Jay, the acclaimed producer who has previously worked with both artists, delivering a polished and emotionally resonant anthem that speaks to the promise of being there when it matters most.

Chad describes the R&B release as a warm and relaxed tone to the production and light atmospheric element that creates space for the vocals and message to shine through.

The singer says: “The track is positioned as an anthem for anyone who needs a reliable voice and a dependable presence whether in friendship, love, family, or new parenthood.

"'Call' is more than a song, it’s an affirmation that presence, protection, and dependability are the bridges that keep us connected, especially as families grow and life’s responsibilities expand.”

A family-first moment for both Chad and YoungstaCPT (real name Riyadh Roberts) who have embraced fatherhood as a central theme in their lives.

Already a girl-dad from a previous relationship, Chad is anticipating a joyous milestone at the end of October with the arrival of twin daughters.

The twin-daughters milestone for Chad adds a timely, relatable dimension to the track’s narrative about protection and care.

The release captures a shared moment between Chad and Riyadh, rooted in friendship, fatherhood, and the unwavering commitment to show up when it matters most.

The artists hope that listeners will hear the sincerity of their commitments both in the studio and at home, where their roles as fathers reinforce the core idea of always being there.
