ZIMBABWE will have a sterk South African flavour in their camp when they host the Proteas in two Tests in Bulawayo.
The first of the two five-dayers start on Saturday, with Zimbabwe coach Justin Sammons saying his team is amped to host the recently-crowned Test world champions.
South Africa’s neighbours won’t mind that they will field an understrengthened team - led by Keshav Maharaj in the absence of regular skipper Temba Bavuma - they have a point to prove.
Sammons told Youtube page 3-mob.com: “We are super excited and really looking forward to the challenge that lies ahead.

“The cuys are amped for it, I think they really want to prove something over the next few weeks.”
The former South African batting coach has another familiar face in his camp, with former Proteas bowling coach Charl Langeveldt now in the camp of the Chevrons.
While Zimbabwe will have a point to prove, there are a vrag Proteas players on tour that will be out to wys that they belong in the squad of the world champions.
Teenager Kwena Maphaka, 19, is one to watch on this tour, as he would undoubtedly like to show that he deserves a place in the starting XI, while the likes of Matthew Breetzke, Dewald Brevis, Lhuan-dre Pretorius and Codi Yusuf should also be exciting to watch.
