Bebe Rexha escapes from sex pest

Singer-songwriter Bebe Rexha gave a glimpse into her narrow escape from a sex pest and how she’d starve herself to lose weight.

Featured on the cover of Cosmopolitan UK, Bebe shared how she escaped sexual assault by a male producer.

The 30-year-old Say my Name hitmaker said she feared for her life, saying she was alone in a recording studio with him and a group of five or six other men.

“I had heard things about him from his past and I just couldn’t take it any more,” Rexha said.

“I felt like I was going to get raped. I quietly called myself a taxi from the recording booth, which was enclosed, and I got the f*** out of there. It was the worst night ever.”

She also opened up about being told to lose 9kg by her record label when she first signed with them.

“Back then I was so small, I was only 130lb [59kg]. It f***ed me up,” she added. “I was so cold all the time.”

Bebe admitted to regularly starving herself before filming a music video, adding that one creative director told her at supper she wasn’t losing enough weight, when all she ate was salad.
