MICHAEL Jackson’s daughter says she wants niks to do with the upcoming biopic about the late King of Pop.

With Training Day director Antoine Fuqua at the helm, the highly-anticipated film features her cousin Jaafar Jackson portraying the legendary entertainer is expected to hit the silver screen in late April of 2026.

But Paris, 27, has taken to Instagram to wys almal her disapproval of the project.

Controversy stirred after actor Colman Domingo, who plays her great grandfather Joe Jackson, claimed in an interview with People that Paris was supportive of the film, titled Michael.

Following this, Paris took to social media to refute his comments, expressing her disappointment after feeling misrepresented.

“I’ve met this man twice - both were, like, hella brief interactions," she declared via an Instagram Story, emphasising that she was neither involved in the production nor supportive of its portrayal of her father.

Adding fuel to the fire, Domingo also incorrectly suggested that Paris' brother, Prince Jackson, was involved as a producer on the film, turning out to be uncredited on IMDb.

In an emotional response, Paris lamented that her feedback regarding initial drafts of the script was disregarded, leading her to separate entirely from the ambitious project.

She added: “There’s a lot of inaccuracy and full-blown lies. I prefer honesty over sales and monetary gain.

The film, marketed as an unbiased exploration of the late pop icon's life, has not been without its share of drama.

Paris has openly criticised what she views as a distortion of her father's legacy, fundamentally disagreeing with how his story is portrayed.

She warned that the movie caters to a specific segment of his fandom.

The performer said “They’re gonna be happy with it.

“That’s not my truth. I kinda just don’t want anything to do with that,” she remarked, solidifying her views on the production.

Furthermore, she addressed the accusations aimed at her heart regarding her relationship with her father, whose tragic passing in 2009 left an indelible mark on her life.

With the financial benefits of her father’s estate secured - for which she receives an annual inheritance of approximately $8 million - she firmly rejects any insinuation of resentment or detachment.
