AGE AIN'T NOTHING BUT A NUMBER

SOUTH African influencer and style icon Sarah Langa is at the centre of a heated social media debate for her relationship with Springboks flyhalf Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu.

The pair of hotties, who have been romantically linked since 2024, are facing intense scrutiny due to their nine-year age difference - Langa is 32 and Feinberg-Mngomezulu is 23.

While they have never confirmed anything official is going on between the two of them, engagement rumours are now also swirling. 

Langa was also seen in Paris during the Springboks' recent match against France on November 8, where they won 32-17.

Pictures of them hugging and Langa wearing what appeared to be a diamond ring sparked widespread rumours that the couple might even be engaged.

She later posted a picture of the huge rock on her ring finger on Instagram. 

But it wasn’t all congratulations and well wishes, as the 32-year-old divorcee was hammered for being a “gold digger”.

Netizens have accused Langa of being a "predator", suggesting that she is taking advantage of the younger athlete.

The accusations have intensified, especially as the pair nears their first anniversary.

On X, several netizens have expressed their views, with some people calling the relationship predatory.

@Africanmedic25 added: "She’s predator. I hope this guy doesn’t fall for her tricks."

@PreciousShange said: "Draya Langa is a clout chasing, gold digging groomer. Hopefully Sacha will leave her when his frontal lobe develops."

On the flip side, many fans of the couple defend their relationship, arguing that both are consenting adults and mature enough to make their own choices.

@Reabie_ said: "We cannot apply the same logic because he approached her. He was not coerced, regardless of his age, he is not prey. Her age doesn’t contribute any power dynamic. It is odd, but she’s not a predator. This outrage is laced in misogyny because as an older, divorcee she’s 'damaged'."
