“FALSE, baseless and reckless.”

That’s how Hollywood superstar Will Smith’s attorney, Allen B. Grodsky, described the sexual harassment allegations against his Hollywood star client.

“[The allegations] are categorically denied, and we will use all legal means available to address these claims and to ensure that the truth is brought to light,” Grodsky said in a statement.

The move comes after Brian King Joseph accused Will Smith of sexual harassment and urged mense to “stand up” for their beliefs.

Violinist Joseph first worked with the “I Am Legend” star in December 2024 on Smith’s Based on a True Story tour.

Joseph said in a video on Instagram in December 2025: “Earlier this year, I was hired to be a performer on a major, major tour with somebody who was huge in the industry.

“So I was excited, you know, proud of myself for getting the opportunity. Unfortunately, some things happened.

“I can’t get too into the details of exactly what that was because it’s already a legal issue right now, but the reason why I’m speaking out about this is because getting fired or getting blamed or shamed or threatened or anything like that simply for reporting sexual misconduct or safety threats at work is not okay.”

The former “America’s Got Talent” finalist, 35, said that he knows there are people out there who are “afraid to speak out.”

Joseph claimed Smith was “deliberately grooming and priming” him “for further sexual exploitation” when he invited Joseph to take part in the actor’s tour in November 2024.

While touring with the “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” alum in March 2025, Joseph allegedly discovered forced entry in his Las Vegas hotel room with “a sexual threat of violence.”

The “Luminescence” musician claimed a note was left behind, reading, “Brian, I’ll be back…just us,” signed by “Stone F” with a heart.

Joseph also alleged to have found “wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication with another individual’s name, an earring and hospital discharge paperwork belonging to a person unbeknownst to” him.
