Kanye West has placed the spotlight on his wife, Bianca Censori.

On New Year’s Eve, the rapper took to Instagram to share a tribute to Censori’s latest creative venture: a performance art installation in Seoul that challenges the boundaries between the human form and home décor.

Ye posted a series of images from the exhibition, simply captioning it: "So proud of my wife @biancacensori".

The post, which quickly went viral with over 600k likes, features highlights from Censori’s debut project, "BIO POP (The Origin)".

The exhibition, recently staged in South Korea, is far from a typical showroom. Censori, a Master of Architecture graduate, conceptually reimagined the home as a "site of confinement and identity."

The most talked-about pieces from the show include the "human" chairs and tables where models (and masked doppelgängers of Censori herself) contorted into rigid, functional shapes to serve as the bases for coffee tables and seats. There is also a bar cart and a chandelier.

During the 14-minute performance, Censori appeared in a striking cranberry-red latex bodysuit, silently miming domestic tasks like baking a cake before presenting it to a "dining room" filled with human furniture.

The furniture was made using materials like stainless steel, 3D-printed resin, and shearling fur; the pieces evoke a sterile, medical, and slightly BDSM-inspired atmosphere.

Censori’s debut collection meditates on domesticity, womanhood and objectification. It explores the idea that while we create the world around us, that world simultaneously creates us,

While West is clearly a fan, netizens are deeply divided. Some labelled the exhibition a "genius feminist critique", while others say it's "scary and unsettling".

"How you gon say I ain’t bring nothing to the table when I’m the table …," commented @everybody_hates_liss.

Another wrote: "Dawg, wtf am I even looking at? I can’t even describe this to anyone."

"BIO POP" marks the first chapter in a seven-part series unfolding through 2032, with future instalments titled "Confessional", "Bianca Is My Doll Baby", "Starbaby", "Bone of my Bone", "Genesis" and "Bubble".
