BRITNEY Spears says she’s scared of her family and “lucky to be alive” after the way she has been treated by them.
The popstar took to her Instagram to claim that she feels alone, having lost custody of her two sons to former husband Kevin Federline and the estrangement from her family.
The Toxic hitmaker claimed in her 2023 memoir, “The Woman in Me” her family had used her “for no other reason than to help [her family’s] cash flow.”
Federline, last year, made claims that Britney stood in one of their son’s doorway with a knife.
Her regular erratic behaviour has also made headlines in the past and she has claimed she has suffered brain damage.
On Wednesday, she posted: “As people, all we really want is to feel connected to each other and never feel alone.
“For those of you in your family that have (sic) said to help you is to isolate you and make you feel unbelievably left out… they were wrong. We can forgive as people but u don’t ever forget.”
“Yearning and longing for contact is always crucial!!! I’m incredibly lucky to even be alive with how my family treated me once in my life and now I’m scared of them.”
She added: “Because to be totally honest with you, no matter what he says, they will never take responsibility for what they did.”
