Tyla dances to Yung Miami’s new single after 'Chanel' row

TYLA has once again found herself at the centre of online conversation after sharing a video of herself dancing to a new single by American rapper Yung Miami, months after the two were briefly linked by accusations over the song title “Chanel”.

The A-Pop princess posted the video on social media, vibing to Yung Miami’s song “Tea Time”. The post caught fans’ attention, given their recent history.

The moment comes after Yung Miami previously accused Tyla of taking inspiration from her unreleased song “Take Me to Chanel”, claiming she had played the snippet for her before Tyla announced her own single titled “Chanel”.

At the time, the "City Girls" rapper took to X to air her frustrations, insisting the concept was hers and expressing anger over how the situation played out publicly. 

Tyla, on the other hand, never addressed the accusations directly and continued promoting her music, including teasing “Chanel” at live performances and on social media.

Now, with Tyla dancing to Yung Miami’s latest release, fans are split on what the moment actually means. 

Some saw it as a subtle olive branch, suggesting the drama has been left behind. Others believe the video carries a hint of shade from Tyla, considering how that video alone might make “Tea Time” gain some traction.

Fuel was added to the conversation when Yung Miami reposted Tyla’s video and jokingly referenced the song’s viral “two fingers touching” line, leaving social media even more divided.
