The most-capped Springbok of all time Eben Etzebeth is “dying” to get back onto the park for the Sharks in the United Rugby Championship.
The Sharks tackle Glasgow Warriors at Kings Park and a vrag Bokke including Etzebeth, “new” signing and national leader Siya Kolisi, Ox Nche and Bongi Mbonambi among others reported back at training yesterday.

And according to the Sharks boss he started to see a bit of homesickness set in and says: “We’ve been away [from home] for around five weeks if you think about the Currie Cup as well.
“We’re just all looking forward to getting home with the families and reconnecting with everyone back there and looking forward to having a home game.”
He adds of Etzebeth’s hunger to play: “I’ve already had a chat with Eben and he’s dying to get back into it.”
