Trev’s new digs feature a boxy white design with klompie windows, six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It also has an infinity pool, a screening room, a spa and steam room and a rooftop area for entertaining.
He can also sleep lekker with his 45cm-thick walls to help drown out noise from outside.
Luxury real estate agency Hilton & Hyland, clinched the sale and described the property as “epitomising the LA lifestyle of indoor and outdoor living with city and ocean views”.
