Ingredients
- 1 large steamed crayfish
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 fresh green chilli
- 1 teaspoon each:
- Borrie
- Masala
- Cumin
- Sugar
- Salt
Method
Fry onions, add tomatoes, green pepper, garlic and chillies and cook for 10 minutes.
Add all spices, salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add cut up crayfish.
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve with fluffy white rice.
