Western Cape Police Commissioner Khombinkosi Jula laying wreaths at Delft Police Station ahead of the memorial service of slain Constable Mthetho Sandla.
Constable Sandla was shot dead last Monday when him and his partner responded to a robbery at a garage in Delft.
