Faried Dollie, 38, of Elsies River, went missing two weeks ago.
Family members say Faried desperately needs to take his medication daily and if he does not, he could suffer an epileptic fit or die.
His mother, Shahieda Dollie, says if anyone sees or knows where Faried is, they should take him to the nearest hospital or call the Pink Ladies on 072 214 7439.
He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt, khaki pants and a light grey top and shoes.
