Colin Booysen is again in custody.
The Daily Voice can confirm on Thursday evening Booysen handed himself over to Mfuleni SAPS after he allegedly breached one of his bail conditions.
Booysen, Calvin Abels and Vuyisane Macingwane each face a charge of murder.
The murder stems after Adrian 'Adie' Pieters was gunned down in Belhar after he allegedly opened fired on them first in September.
Booysen's lawyer, Advocate Brendale Abrahams confirmed he is in custody.
"Mr Booysen is in custody and his bail application is set for December 19, in the Bellville Magistrate's Court," Abrahams said.
