COPS have busted two drug merts on the same street in Delft.
Members of Operation Restore arrested a 45-year-old man at an address on Aerobat Street in The Hague in one incident on Thursday and in a separate arrest, took down 33-year-old.
The two suspects were found in possession of a substantial of Mandrax, heroin and cocaine.
They were set for their first appearances in the Bellville Magistrates Court on Friday.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Wesley Twigg reports: “Members of Operation Restore searched a premises in Aerobat Street, The Hague, Delft on Thursday evening, 27 March 2025 and arrested a 45-year-old male when they found 405 mandrax tablets, 1374 heroine capsules and 87 9mm rounds of ammunition in the house.
“They arrested the suspect who faces charges of the possession of drugs and the illegal possession of ammunition.
“The members proceeded and searched another premises in Aerobat Street where they found 79 mandrax tablets and 12 packets containing cocaine in the house. They subsequently arrested a 33-year-old male for the possession of drugs.”
Furthermore, members of Operation Shanela searched a premises in Girling court, Elsies River where they arrested a 34-year-old man when they found 198 mandrax tablets, two medium size packets containing crystal meth and an undisclosed amount of cash in the house.
The suspect was set to make his first appearance in the dock at Goodwood Magistrates Court on the mentioned charges.
