The family of a 44-year-old woman, who disappeared two years ago after she was transported to hospital, is desperate to find her.

Sarah Smith, who was living on the streets for four years and slept in the parking area behind the Bellville Taxi Rank, went missing on 20 February 2018.

Her family believes Sarah was taken to Elsies River Hospital with an ambulance after complaining that her feet and legs were swollen.

The mom of three was never seen again.

Sarah, who has a tattoo of a butterfly on one of her legs, was wearing a purple sweater and black tights when she was last seen.

She also has a big scar on her forehead.
