Public Relations Officer for the Mitchells Plain Community Police Forum Linda Jones said the discarding of bodies within Mitchells Plain is alarming.
Jones added: “I can say we are very concerned about so many bodies being found just discarded as if they are not human.
"How do another human do something this cruel and despicable to another human?
"The sad part of it all is when there is an arrest made, that the law still gives this person the right to have their freedom upheld. That is very sad.”
“And so we as a society has to stand up and advocate for our legislative laws to be change
"It is very alarming and scary. Like I said, those inmates are more safe than our law abiding citizens.”
