- Any noodle pasta cooked as per packet
- 1 medium size onion, finely chopped
- Red and green pepper finely chopped
- ¼ cup of cooking oil
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup of chutney
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup of vinegar
- 1 cup chilli sauce (optional)
- 3-4 tbsp of sugar
- 1 carrot, finely grated (optional)
Fry the onions and peppers in the tablespoon of oil for about five minutes. Add curry powder.
Add to the cooked and drained pasta with all the other ingredients. Mix well.
Chill in fridge, covered. Serve with roast chicken, braai or enjoy on its own.
