Salwaa’s Butternut Bredie Salwaa’s Butternut Bredie

You may use pumpkin instead of the butternut

Braise a medium chopped onion until golden brown

Ingredients 

- Add a stick cinnamon

- 1 tsp crushed red chillies

- Add 400g beef pieces or mutton pieces and braise until golden brown

- Add water as needed

- Add peeled and cubed butternut pieces, and cook until soft.

- Serve with rice and atchars
