Ingredients:

1 and a half shop-bought roasted chicken breast, shredded

1 Tbsp reduced-oil mayonnaise

1 Tbsp chopped fresh coriander

2 cucumber ribbons

1 tortilla
Method
Mix the chicken, mayonnaise and coriander.
Place the cucumber ribbons onto half of the tortilla; make sure to leave enough space to roll it up.
Place the chicken mayo mixture on top of the cucumber ribbons.
Roll up the tortilla and cut in half.
Tip
- Wrap the tortilla in tin foil to prevent it from coming apart. If your kids don’t like coriander you can use any other herb such as parsley or basil.
