Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small or 100g onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup or 100g mushrooms, quartered
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 5 cups or 1 250ml water
- 1 sachet Maggi Lentil Soup
- Pinch of ground black pepper
Method
Heat oil in a large saucepan.
Add onion and mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes.
Add garlic, parsley and curry and cook for 1 minute.
Add water and Maggi Lentil Soup.
Bring to boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked.
Season with pepper and serve.
