Smoked snoek pate

Ingredients 

- Smoked snoek (or any fish of your choice) – flaked and bones removed

- 250g cream cheese

- 1 chili – deseeded and chopped

- zest and juice of 1 lemon

- Freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley or coriander, chopped

Method

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until it is a smooth paste. 

If it is too thick or dry, add a little milk.

Taste and season accordingly. 

Serve with toasted bread or rolls, lettuce and cucumber.
