Ingredients

1.5kg of chicken wings cut in half
Marinade:

½ cup (125ml) Nola Original Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Worcester Sauce

1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp plain yoghurt

1 tbsp Mild Masala Curry Powder
-
½ tsp turmeric powder
-
3 tsp Portuguese chicken spice
-
1 tsp crushed chilies
-
2 tsp crushed garlic and chili
-
2 tsp honey
-
Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp dry parsley
Method
Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a big mixing bowl. Boil the chicken wings in water with the chicken spice and salt and pepper for approximately 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to overcook – drain the wings of water and let them rest for 10 minutes. Coat the wings with the marinade mixture and leave for at least 1 hour (refrigerate). Remove marinated chicken wings from refrigerator and let them sit until dish has returned to room temperature. Place on braai or in oven. Use excess marinade to brush on the wings while cooking. Cook until golden brown.
