Alleged child killer Moehydien Pangaker told the court he was moered by police.
The man accused of kidnapping and killing eight-year-old Tazne Van Wyk made his first appearance before Magistrate Bukiwe Sambudla at the Goodwood Magistrate’s Court this morning.
Wearing a beige pants and striped shirt Pangaker covered his face and through his legal aid lawyer told the court he has injuries to his neck, ribs, arms and legs allegedly caused by the police.

Pangaker who has sparked an uproar on the Cape Flats since police named him as the prime suspect in the disappearance of the young meisie, will not be applying for bail.
Magistrate Sambudla ruled that no pictures or videos of the accused be taken inside court as the matter is still under investigation.

The matter has been postponed to 17 April for further investigation.
Proceedings got off to a chaotic start this morning as police struggled to control the hundreds of mense who tried to force their way into the packed gallery.
Pangaker was arrested in Cradock on Monday two days later Tazne's body was found in a stormwater pipe along the N1 outside Worcester after Pangaker took police to the scene.
