GOAL GETTER: Romelu Lukaku

Thomas Tuchel has challenged his new-look Chelsea attack to destroy Arsenal when the sides meet in a Premier League London derby on Sunday.

The European champions have added Romelu Lukaku to their squad as they look to add the league title to their continental one.

Lukaku, with 113 Prem goals to his name before his two-year stint with Inter Milan, is expected to solve Chelsea’s goal scoring problems and is preparing for his first start at the Emirates Stadium.

The Blues managed just 58 goals in the league last season – the lowest total by any side that finished in the top seven last term, withJorginho’s seven penalties making him their top goalscorer in the league.

And even after their 3-0 opening-day win over Crystal Palace last weekend, Tuchel needs more convincing after confirmation of topscorer Tammy Abraham’s move to Roma yesterday.

MOVED ON: Tammy Abraham

He says: “We are well aware of the, let’s say problem, or about the situation.

“It was hard for us to convert all the chances we created.

“They should be enough to score more, so tried to help with the addition of Romelu Lukaku to the squad.

URGENT: Kai Havertz and Thomas Tuchel

“In the Premier League it will stay super hard to score.

“We [beat Palace] without a penalty from Jorginho, which is quite an impressive and spectacular first step from us.

“We can still improve in the last third, we have to get a bit calmer and more clinical still. [We] will not stop pushing and looking for solutions.

“It is a very complex game and a very demanding league. We have to take what we can get.

“Sunday against Arsenal will be another tough challenge.”
