KFM has found a replacement for Ryan O’Connor.
The Daily Voice can reveal that EB Inglis has been added to the Kfm line-up after Ryan’s contract was not renewed.
Ryan last month confirmed he would be moving to rival station Heart FM to take his seat in the Drivetime show.
This left a gap in Kfm’s 12- 3pm slot, which will now be filled by EB from 24 February.
In addition, he will also host Weekend Breakfast on Saturdays from 7 to 10am.
EB, who has been working at Magic 828 AM for the past three years as the afternoon drivetime host, is no stranger to radio.
The seasoned broadcaster, father and musician previously worked at Good Hope FM and is also an actor and singer.
EB will follow popular daytime host, Tracey Lange, who currently hosts the 9am-12pm show on Kfm.

“I’m very excited to have EB join Kfm, it feels like we have a line-up that is fully representative of what Cape Town is and what we have to offer,” Tracey tells the Daily Voice.
EB, whose real name is Ebrahim Inglis, says he is happy to make the move back to the FM band.
“I’m very excited to be a part of the Kfm family, I don’t mean to sound clichéd but this really is a dream come true,” he says.
“I’m eternally grateful for the opportunity and to connect with the Kfm listeners.
“I’ve worked with Tracey Lange and Carl Wastie before so I’m ecstatic about getting to work with them again.”
