Ingredients:
- 6 grated jam tomatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp dried origanum
Method:
Braise one chopped onion in a little oil. Add one fresh green chilli.
Dilute tomato paste in water and add sugar. Stir mixture until fully sugar is fully dissolved.
Add tomatoes to braised onion mix and cook until soft.
Add origanum and simmer until cooked through.
