Stellenbosch coach Steve Barker has his eyes on the prize after drawing Polokwane City in the Carling KO Cup quarterfinals.
The Maroons booked their place in the revamped cup competition with Saturday’s 2-1 win over Chippa United.
As a reward they will get Rise and Shine for their last-eight, looking to reach a third straight KO semifinal after exiting at the same stage in last season’s Nedbank Cup and the MTN8 earlier this season.
We will take on Polokwane City away from home in this season's #CarlingKnockout quarter-finals.

And Barker tells the club website: “We’ve come really close to making a final.
“That pain that we felt in the last two cup competitions is driving us to want to go one step further to make the final, and then once we are in that final to then hopefully go on and win the trophy.”
