Ingredients
4-8 slices of white bread (depending on how much you’re making)
Eggs (depending on how much bread you’re using)
Aromat (it’s tastier than salt)
Cheese, grated
Ham (or polony of your choice)
Method
Put a large frying pan using oil or butter on medium to high heat.
Scramble your eggs two at a time in a large bowl.
Add the Aromat to taste.
Once the pan is hot, dip the bread into the egg. Don’t leave it too long else the bread will become soggy.
Put the bread in the hot pan and fry until each side is golden brown but still soft.
Take it out once you’re happy with the texture and add a handful of cheese on both slices while the bread is still hot.
Add a slice of ham and close the bread.
