Orlando Pirates will be looking to cement their place at the top of the PSL standings with victory at Maritzburg on Wednesday (7.30pm).
The Bucs had a three-point lead over closest title rivals Mamelodi Sundowns before the Brazilians took on Highlands Park last night.
Chasing their first title since 2011/12, the Sea Robbers will be desperate to pick up maximum points at rock-bottom Maritzburg.
But coach Micho will be warning his players not to underestimate the Team of Choice, who will be fighting for survival from relegation as Bucs’ title rivals look to pounce.
Third and fourth-placed sides, Wits and SuperSport United, are still in the race for honours, having each played a game less than Pirates and can close the six-point gap to the top with wins over Black Leopards and AmaZulu respectively.
Down at the other end of the log, Free State Stars and Baroka do battle to avoid the drop.
Stars, on 25 points, are one point clear of Baroka, who are second from bottom.
